Annual Food Pantry Golf Tournament

Every year from October through January, the North Reading Food Pantry and The Boston Food Bank observes an increase in need in connection with Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other largely celebrated fall/winter holidays. Our hope is to contribute a sizable donation to the North Reading Food Pantry and The Boston Food Bank that will allow them to accommodate as many families in need as possible, without financial worry. In order to fulfill this dream while also having fun with our communities, we are excited to announce that we are hosting a golf tournament September 29th! With enough player sign ups and sponsors, this tournament will fuel our mission to give back to the communities and allow Coldwell Bankers Cares Foundation to come together for an incredible event.

The North Reading Food Pantry is a program of the Christian Community Service (CCS) with a mission to provide assistance to local persons in their time of need, whether it be for financial support and/or access to the resources of the food pantry. The North Reading Food Pantry is happy to serve more than 100 local families regularly and grateful for the continuous support of the entire community in making these programs work for us all.

Last year, we distributed 107 million pounds of nutrious food to people who struggle to have enough to eat. We are committed to increasing our food distribution to provide three meals a day to every person in need in Eastern Massachusetts while supporting healthy lives and healthy communities.
